PROJECT - Corporate Event Invitations | Mayors Leadership Reception Invitation • Sponsorship Advertising Directory IDEA: A reception, sponsored by our client, was being held to honor three politically successful mayors. The invitation needed to included a formal welcome from the main sponsor, a short biography of each mayor, the city each mayor their held office, the event time, date and location, names of the planning committee, the honorary committee, and an uncomplicated way to ensure only invited guests were given entrance. Many ideas were brought to the table and finally a horizontal three-fold invitation was decided on. To save both time and effort, typical response cards were not sent. For this ‘invitation only’ event, an entry system was used. Individually numbered and removable admittance tickets were included in the invitation. This enabling the entrance staff to cross off the unique ticket number as each guest arrived.
