The client was looking for something unusual and special, especially since the date had past. Satin boxes were sent as the invitation and a subtle “time” theme was developed, to set the stage for the event. INVITATION: Blue satin boxes with a snap, opened up to reveal the invitation. The title began, “We’re Late, We’re Late for a very important date!” To set the theme, different time piece charms (hourglass, grandfather clock, stopwatch, etc) were incorporated, hanging in front of the invitation, on a matching satin ribbon. Metallic ribbons were placed inside the box and on the outside, a single heart was glued to the top.
